As our client, J.L. Minelli Realty  will begin our relationship by performing a  Comparative Market Analysis to assist you in setting the right asking price for your property.  

We  will then focus on presenting your home in it's "best light" by evaluating your property's curb appeal, and if needed, provide you with objective suggestions relating to economical repairs and improvements that would increase the odds for a timely sale of your property.

Besides placing our sign on and near the property, we will advertise your property online as well as in newspapers. In response to our initial ads we provide the prospective purchasers of your home with custom packages which include a detailed description of your property, photos and other pertinent information.  . 

We assist buyers in obtaining financing, and make certain the prospective buyers have the financial capacity to purchase your property before we set up a showing. 

We are members of the Traverse Area Association of Realtors (T.A.A.R), and use the Multi-list online services which makes your property available to sell by all of the nearly 1000 agents that use it.
